Paper, Scissors, Crop is located at 210 Pine Street in Chillicothe, Illinois.   Illinois Route 29 runs north and south through the center of Chillicothe. If you are heading south into Chillicothe on Route 29, turn left onto Pine Street one block before the second stop light.  Our store is two blocks east of Route 29 on the south side of Pine Street. If you are heading north into Chillicothe on Route 29, turn right onto Pine Street one block after the second stop light.
